Privacy policy

There is no account here, so there is very little to collect. This page says exactly what there is.

What we never collect

  • Private keys and seed phrases. The site has no mechanism to receive one. Nobody legitimate will ever ask you for either.
  • Names, addresses or identity documents. There is no sign-up and no identity check.
  • Payment card details. Payment happens on Solana, in your wallet. No card data ever reaches us.

What we do collect

When you deploy a token

We record the details of the deployment: the token name, symbol, supply, decimals, the metadata URI, the creator wallet address and the resulting mint address and transaction signature. Almost all of this is public on the Solana blockchain by design. We keep it so we can support you if something goes wrong, and to meet our own record-keeping obligations.

A wallet address is treated as personal data where it can be linked to you.

When you contact us

The name, email address and message you submit, plus your IP address and browser user agent, which are stored alongside it for abuse prevention. We use these only to reply to you and to keep the form usable.

When you browse

Standard server logs including IP address, page requested, referrer and user agent. If analytics is enabled, it is loaded only after you interact with the page, and it is used only in aggregate to see which pages are worth keeping.

Legal bases

  • Contract. Deployment records, because we cannot provide or support the service without them.
  • Legitimate interests. Abuse prevention on the contact form, security logging, and aggregate analytics.
  • Legal obligation. Retaining transaction records where the law requires it.

Who we share it with

Our hosting provider, which processes data on our instructions, and the Solana RPC provider that relays your transaction to the network. Anything written to the Solana blockchain is public, permanent and outside anyone's control, including ours. We do not sell data and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

  • Deployment records: six years, to match UK business record-keeping expectations.
  • Contact messages: two years from the last exchange, then deleted.
  • Server logs: 90 days.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or ask for it in a portable format. Email contact@anvilmint.com and we will respond within one month.

One honest limitation: we cannot delete anything from the Solana blockchain. A right to erasure covers our own records, not a public ledger nobody controls.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

We use a session cookie on the contact page, which exists purely to protect the form against cross-site request forgery and expires when you close your browser. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
