Terms of service
Plain language, because terms nobody reads protect nobody. Using Anvilmint means you accept what follows.
1. What the service is
Anvilmint builds and submits a Solana transaction that creates a token according to the details you supply. It is a self-service software tool. It is not an exchange, a broker, a custodian, a launchpad, or a financial service of any kind.
2. Custody
Anvilmint never has custody of your assets. It never receives, stores or transmits a private key or seed phrase, and it cannot move funds from your wallet. Every state change is authorised by a transaction you sign yourself. The token supply is minted directly to the wallet address that signs the deployment.
3. Fees
The deployment fee is 0.1 SOL, with optional authority revocations at 0.1 SOL each. Solana network fees and rent are separate and are paid to the network rather than to us. The total for your specific transaction is shown before you approve it. Fees are collected in the same transaction that creates the token, so a transaction that fails on chain collects no fee.
4. Finality and refunds
Solana transactions are irreversible. Once a token is deployed it cannot be undeployed, and a revoked mint or freeze authority cannot be restored by anyone, including us. We cannot therefore offer refunds for a successfully completed deployment, including one where you later regret the name, symbol, supply, decimals or authority choices.
Where a deployment is charged but demonstrably not delivered because of a fault on our side, contact us with the transaction signature and we will resolve it.
5. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you enter. We do not verify it and cannot change it afterwards.
- You are responsible for establishing whether issuing a token is lawful for you, in your jurisdiction, for your intended purpose.
- You must not use Anvilmint to impersonate another project, infringe a trademark, or facilitate fraud.
- You are responsible for the security of your own wallet.
6. Acceptable use
We may decline to provide the service where we believe it is being used to impersonate an existing project or to defraud people. Because deployment is non-custodial and final, this is a limitation on future use rather than an ability to interfere with tokens already created.
7. No warranty and no advice
The service is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we depend on third-party infrastructure, including Solana RPC providers and the Solana network itself, which we do not control.
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Creating a token is a technical act that implies nothing about its value. Tokens carry a substantial risk of total loss, both for the person who creates one and for anyone who acquires it.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the deployment in question. We are not liable for lost profits, lost token value, or losses arising from the conduct of third parties.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here at the time you use the service.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
