Risk disclosure
Please read this before launching. A token can be created quickly, but the transaction and any authority changes are permanent.
Creating a token is not an investment
Deploying an SPL token is a technical operation that writes a record to a public blockchain. It takes seconds, costs a fraction of a SOL, and requires no approval from anyone. It confers no value, no rights, no revenue, no ownership of anything, and no guarantee that a single other person will ever want it.
We make no representation about the value of any token created here. We do not forecast prices, promise returns, promote tokens, provide liquidity, or have any interest in what happens after your token exists. Anyone suggesting a token will rise in value, including anyone claiming to represent Anvilmint, is not to be believed.
You can lose everything
Cryptoassets are highly volatile and largely unregulated. Tokens created with tools like this one are overwhelmingly worthless, and the great majority lose all value. You should be prepared to lose the whole of any money you put into cryptoassets, including the fee you pay us and anything you or anyone else later spends on the token.
There is no compensation scheme. The Financial Services Compensation Scheme does not cover cryptoassets, and there is no ombudsman to complain to about a token's value.
Everything is irreversible
- A deployed token cannot be undeployed, renamed or edited. Name, symbol and decimals are permanent.
- A revoked mint or freeze authority cannot be restored by anyone, including us.
- A confirmed Solana transaction cannot be reversed, cancelled or charged back.
- Tokens sent to a wrong address are gone. There is no recovery process.
Check every field before you sign. We cannot fix a typo after the fact, and neither can anybody else.
Custody: what we can and cannot touch
Anvilmint is non-custodial. We never receive, store or transmit private keys or seed phrases, and we have no technical ability to move funds from your wallet or to alter a token once it exists. Your wallet signs the deployment and the entire supply is minted directly to your address.
We do not run a recovery service, we do not contact users first about their tokens, and we have no Telegram or Discord support staff who will DM you.
Your legal responsibilities
Issuing a token may carry legal, regulatory and tax obligations depending on where you live, where your holders live, and what the token does. Tokens that promise returns, represent a share of profits, or are marketed as investments may constitute regulated securities in your jurisdiction, with serious consequences for issuing one unlawfully.
Establishing your own position is your responsibility. We do not assess it, and using Anvilmint is not evidence that anything you do with a token is lawful. If you are in any doubt, take professional advice before you launch.
You must not use Anvilmint to impersonate an existing project or person, infringe a trademark, or facilitate fraud.
Technical and third-party risk
The service depends on infrastructure we do not control, including the Solana network itself, RPC providers, and your wallet software. Network congestion, outages or bugs in any of these can cause a deployment to fail or to be delayed. Where a deployment fails on chain, the token is not created and the fee is not collected.
Who we are
Anvilmint serves customers worldwide and is operated from the United Kingdom. Written inquiries and complaints go to contact@anvilmint.com or through the contact form, and are answered by a person. Our terms of service and privacy policy set out the rest of the relationship.
Still want to launch?
Nothing is charged until you approve a transaction in your own wallet, and the full cost is on screen before that happens.
